With both the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District to explore, No.10 Millthrop is perfectly situated for experiencing all the wonderful things on offer in both National Parks.

We have spent several months renovating the cottage with close attention to detail, using local tradespeople and products.

Using natural textures and colours to create a calming environment, the cottage is designed with relaxation in mind. There’s a wood burner for cosy evenings and downstairs underfloor heating for those chilly mornings.

With so much to do in the area including cycling, horse riding, hiking the Howgills and the Dales Way, fishing - even wild swimming and star gazing - it’s hard to decide what to do first! Why not start off with a walk into the book town of Sedbergh to browse the many bookshops and enjoy a coffee before exploring some of the walks available right from the front door.
